Alexandra-Maria-Lara
Alexandra Maria Lara (born in Romania) is an Romanian actress and television presenter. Her most well-known work is the lead in Rush, Downfall Youth Without Youth Control and Rush. She was the sole child of Romanian actress Valentin Platareu, Alexandra started her career in show business from a young age. By the time she was sixteen, she had secured leading roles in several shows on television. Her performance as Adolf Hitler's Secretary Traudl Jue, in Downfall (an Oscar-nominated historic war film) was both critically and critically acclaimed commercially. Additional Oscar nominated film starring the diva include The Reader and Der Baader Meinhof Komplex. Alexandra has been involved in numerous notable national and international projects throughout her career. They include the British biographical films Control Greek drama film The Dust of Time and French historical miniseries Napoleon among others. In addition, she was an active member of The Cannes Film Festival jury and Transylvania International Film Festival.
